Which payments are accepted here?

You can make payments using any debit or credit card, direct bank transfer, UPI (Google Pay, PayTM etc) & Cash On Delivery.

How can i pay via Cash On Delivery (COD)?

You can easily go for COD orders. However, note that you will have to deposit a small amount (Generally, 5% of total order) to confirm your COD order.

Why should i pay the deposit amount if i want to go for COD order?

We receive a lot of orders every day. Unfortunately, a lot of them are fake orders and orders placed by casual buyers. It hampers our shipping and inventory department and causes us huge financial loss.

 

In order to avoid such a problem, we ask for a nominal payment to ensure we are dealing with a real buyer.

 

It ultimately enhances the quality of our shipping and inventory department and helps us keep our real customers satisfied.

Can i check the product before making the payment to the delivery person?

No. You can not do that.

 

You will have to pay the payable amount to the delivery person before taking possession of the delivery package.

What if i do not want to pay the deposit amount?

In case, you are not willing to pay the deposit amount, we will not be able to accept your order. And your order will get cancelled.

Can i pay via debit/credit card for COD orders?

You can pay using your card only if the delivery person carries the card swipe machine. However, this can not be guaranteed as it depends on the shipping company and delivery person of that respective area.

 

It is recommended to ask the same to the delivery person when he/she calls you about delivering your order.

Can i select Cash On Delivery (COD) for bulk orders?

IYou can. However, you will have to pay at least 50% (Instead of 5%) for confirming your bulk order.

QUALITY & WARRANTY FAQ

What will i get in the package?

You will get the Laptop, and its Charging adapter in the package.

Will i get original charging adapter?

In most cases, you will get the original charging adapter. However, in some cases, you may get the compatible/First copy one.

 

Note: There will be no performance/quality difference between the original or compatible/First copy.

What will be the condition/quality of the laptop?

We ensure all the laptops sold on our platform are in mint condition. All the laptops have gone through 40+ quality check parameters by our engineers before being dispatched to you. You can be completely worried free about the quality of the laptop with us.

Will there be all original parts in the laptop?

Yes.

 

All the parts and components inside the laptop will be in the original and untouched condition.

What if i receive a broken laptop?

This is extremely rare as we use high quality & insured courier service for shipping your order. And the ratio of customers getting a broken device is below 0.25% so far.

 

However, if you receive a broken device we will happily replace it with a new one.

Can i return the laptop after using it for a couple of days, in case i don't like it?

.No, You can return the device if it is a different device from the one you had ordered, it has performance issues, broken.

Can i visit any of your stores or warehouses?

Sorry, we are a pure eCommerce company when it comes to our Refurbishment project. And we do not accept customers to any of our stores & warehouses.

How warranty is claimed?

IIf you face any issue while your laptop is under warranty, you can contact our after-sale support team here.

 

Once we receive your complaint, one of our experts will contact you and will try to understand the problem. If it is a software issue, our team will resolve it by our remote diagnosis tool.

 

If it is a minor hardware issue, we will send a local engineer, who will go and fix the issue at your location. If there is any chip level repairing needed, we will pick your device, bring it to one of our service centers, fix it, and deliver it back to you.

 

Note: Broken screen or broken parts do not come under the warranty claim.
